I’m so happy with Grand River Physiotherapy in Cambridge! I never thought I was ever going to get out of Pain in my buttocks from a major fall I had. I suffered for 2 years in pain. I do the exercises they gave me to do at home Liz & Sarah. These exercises have help me unbelievable. Now, I’m having physio done on my right shoulder and left hip. The office staff Katie & Maddy are so friendly & helpful, they make you feel so welcome whenever I walk through the doors! When I started paying for my physio I was offered to go to the back staff which wasn’t so expensive. I started with Val who is very nice and knowledgeable. Then when I went to book another appointment Val wasn’t available so they booked me with Shrutiben. Let me tell You she is very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to see You! I must say there isn’t an unfriendly, unknowable therapists or office staff in Grand River Physiotherapy Building @ 39 Grand River N. Cambridge, On. Thanks for everything You all do for Me! I greatly appreciate feeling better!! June

Sandy was fantastic in treating my plantar fasciitis. Her skill and knowledge really helped me, as she used the right techniques to ease my pain and get me back on track. What made the experience even better was how kind and patient she was throughout. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment. Sandy's caring attitude and support were a huge help and made the whole process much easier.

If you are looking for a great physiotherapy clinic, I highly recommend this one. The staff are very courteous and helpful, they explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. My physiotherapist Liz was amazing, she took the time to listen to my medical history and understand my needs. She gave me some exercises to do at home and they really worked wonders for me. I felt much better after just a few days. They also offer OHIP coverage for seniors, which is a big plus for me as a retired person. I don't understand why some people have given this clinic such low ratings, they must have some personal issues. This clinic deserves five stars for their excellent service and care.
