Noble Joseph

I am Lt Cdr Noble Joseph (veteran). I had given my project for structural consultation to this firm through my contractors. I had been asked to pay Rs 20000/- which i had given to this firm through my contractor for which i was given an sale invoice (Not GST invoice) by this firm in my name (client). This engineer had given us structural drawing through Whatsapp without his seal and signature. When he was requested for the same, he was blaming the contractor for not assigning him the work and states that he cannot sign on the structural drawings he has shared with us, as he cannot take responsibility for his design. Being an engineer my self with over 24 yrs of post studies experience, felt very odd with the unprofessional response given to me, stating that he has no dealing with me, whereas sale invoice provided by him is in my name. Firm address: Hexa structural & contractors, Koothattukulam, ernakulam 686662 While i saw all positive reviews for this gentleman, I would still request Mr Anirudh Raveendran to be professional in dealing with client like me, if it was a burst of emotion he behaved with me like this. He was talking to me initially with a tone of arrogance and disconnected, later he called me back and was trying to justify his stand as to why he cannot hand over complete drawings along with personnel issues with his friends and ego issues with my contractor. I am involved when there was a stalemate situation arisen between contractor and the structural engineer. I am posting this as a warning to other prospective clients of Mr Anirudh Raveendran to be more cautious while taking his services to bring in clarity before you leap.
