He was highly communicative, knowledgeable, and executed the project exactly as we envisioned. Despite home construction delays, Steve remained flexible and professional throughout the process. Stephen & Nita are amazing. Our home took on water during the 2021 freeze due to pipes bursting while we were not home. The entire house had to be gutted. Stephen & Nita handled everything & helped with the insurance process. Basically held our hands the entire 15 months that we had to be located. They are professional, stayed in constant communication, and have even continued to checked on us after being back in our house for almost a year. Can't say enough good things, 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Well I have done everything in my power to not have to write this review. Our experience with HG Luxury homes started out great! Nita did a wonderful job designing our bathroom. The project was completed in a timely manner. The sub-contractors all seemed to be very skilled. The problems all began after the installation. After adding a shower to our existing half bath the toilet would not flush properly and the shower would not drain. We called them back out out several times to fix the issue but we were told it must be pre-existing. Fast forward two years and after thousands more dollars trying to fix the drainage issue (including installing a new toilet) we have discovered from the construction photos that the shower, toilet, and sink are all on ONE VENT. The plumbers did not properly vent the new fixtures! This is against code and should be fixed at the plumbers expense. We have emailed and texted with Steven, the owner, many times but he has ignored our correspondence. With a business name like "His Grace" we expected honesty and integrity. We have reported this to the Texas State Board of Plumbing examiners. Maybe this review will get some attention and we can get this issue fixed.

We had Hg out to review our bathroom project we wanted to complete. After speaking to 3 companies we chose to use HG and we are very thankful we did. Nita knocked the design out of the park and Steve worked with us to make it happen. The bathroom is beautiful and it's more than we had hoped to get. Steve even gave us some extras we didn't even ask for that pushed the bathroom over the top. It's like having a spa in our own home. I wish we would have met them for our kitchen remodel we did several years prior.
