Daniel LopesFive stars for the sales pitch — zero for everything else. AutoPrice Canada promised a 30-day warranty and amazing support. The moment they got my money, they vanished. Calls? Ignored. Help? Nonexistent. If you love being ghosted after paying thousands of dollars of your hard earned $$, you’ll absolutely love it here. UPDATE: After posting my initial review, the dealership manager reached out and offered to split the cost to fix the issue — which gave me some hope. Unfortunately, after taking more time out of my day to return to the dealership, the problem was not fixed. To make matters worse, I was then asked to cover even more of the cost. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. The management team comes across as condescending and their so-called “after-sale support” is practically nonexistent. Buyer beware — once they have your money, the service and accountability disappear.
