I had such a great experience at Dentists at Orenco Station! I came in for a cleaning and x-rays with Hygienist Emily, who was fantastic. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Then I saw Dr. Brandon, who was friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The entire visit felt professional yet welcoming. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!

Dentists at Orenco will not prioritize your care. I couldn't get into an appointment for almost a year, at which point my teeth were in bad shape. At my yearly cleaning, I was very clear that the cleaning was important as my teeth go downhill quickly. They instead took x-rays then didn't have time for my cleaning. It felt very much like a money grab. Now, to be clear, I was a few minutes late to this appointment. When I was told I wouldn't get my cleaning, I was told to wait to consult with the dentist. And I had to wait in that chair far longer than I was late for my appointment. Eventually, I just walked out. No one even noticed or cared. As a result of their lack of finding time for me, I ended up having at least three visible cavities form. Now, I wasn't going to write this review, except I called this morning to de-activate my account and have my records sent to my new dentist. First, they claimed my new dentist had incorrectly asked for the records via phone (they hadn't). Then when I called back with the date of the original record request and a new request, the person on the phone was rude and short-tempered. So, unfortunately, can no longer recommend this dentist.

The best dental care experience I’ve ever had—clean, punctual, efficient, and genuinely compassionate. From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentist himself, every step of care is outstanding. Denise and Stephanie go above and beyond to make scheduling and billing feel seamless and personalized. Nikki was the hygienist for my most recent cleaning and was incredibly charismatic, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Brandon is an exceptional dentist—patient, articulate, and clearly an expert in his field. I have had colleagues all recommend and praise this office, and I am grateful that I found Dentist at Orenco. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I want to start this review by saying I am DEATHLY AFRAID OF THE DENTIST. I knew I needed to get a lot of work done and had put it off for years, but I finally decided after reading many reviews and researching that I was going to try my luck with The Dentists of Orenco, and boy am I glad I did. The staff never once made me feel silly for my fear and offered different solutions (oral sedation) and ways to approach the procedures I had to get done. They were open and honest about what to expect and feel, and even called a week before to let me know who'd be working with me—the lovely Cherise—and to make sure I was still okay to come in. I had my first procedure (a deep clean on half my mouth) on Wednesday and it went so well I'm not concerned at all to go back for the rest. I have a lot more ahead of me and am very confident that the Dentists at Orenco will take care of me. So if you're like me and scared or worried, don't be afraid to talk to them and take the leap.
