I’ve used Hicklin numerous times with different homes for repairs, new doors, new opener installs and always get the best service and results. I just trust them. Prices always come in lower, quality products, and service is top notch! Just got a new door installed after a new paint job on my home, and Cody was great at helping me find the perfect door that fit the style of my 80’s contemporary retro home.

Great customer service HOWEVER the bill being $250 for literally 15 minutes of work. (It was a simple wiring issue. He quoted the pricing and I understand the minimum fee for the service call but for what he had to fix that pricing is absolutely ridiculous. Ensure you ask about pricing up front! Pretty disappointing. And I feel like I got scammed a bit with the charges. Won’t be using them again unfortunately. Super disappointed. UPDATE! They called and made things right! I absolutely appreciate them reaching out. That’s the sign of a great business when they rectify a poor experience! I had never had a bad experience with them before! FAITH RESTORED!!
