AlecHIE very responsive with the inspection and report. This is our first time buying a house so we were stressed about the inspection deadline and HIE was able to schedule Dustin to come out and perform a home inspection 3 days after I called! Dustin met with me and my agent and went over the main concerns thoroughly and professionally. The report came in 24 hours after the inspection as scheduled, so ahead of schedule! The report was comprehensive of what work was scoped and easy to read. Overall I would use HIE again and recommend them to any of my friends or family. I considered the price paid to be well worth the services rendered.
