As an active Realtor in Denver, HIE has been my go-to inspection company for years. I can always trust them to do a thorough job, be honest with my clients about major issues, but also counsel them through typical homeowner maintenance and solutions to minor issues as well. They are so much for qualified and well-trained than the typical handyman inspectors you'll typically find. In addition to recommending them to clients, I chose them for my personal home inspection as well as contracting them to prepare structural plans for a major renovation I did on my personal home. Not only do they do a great job on the actual services they provide, but they're always personable, patient, and willing to help, offer thorough explanations, and answer questions - from the admin staff to the inspectors to the owners.
