I had a deeply disappointing experience with High Creation Interior, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to prevent others from facing the same issues. The entire process was plagued with delays, poor communication, and substandard workmanship. To start with, the project timeline was completely mismanaged. What was supposed to be completed in a matter of weeks dragged on for months, with little to no updates. Whenever I followed up, I received vague responses and empty promises. The problems didn’t end there. The master bedroom cushioning was not done as per the rendered design or the agreed-upon quotation. TV Back panel design have two parts which can be seen by user when they sit and look at TV. Cove lights are hanging here and there. The quality was far below expectations, with visible flaws that highlighted a lack of attention to detail. Despite repeated reminders, the team failed to address this. The carpenter or worker responsible delivered poor-quality work that didn’t align with what was promised. Additionally, critical issues such as an unresolved electricity problem and the SS door, which I flagged multiple times (along with videos for reference), remain unaddressed. Even after asking for either a resolution or a refund for the unfinished and poor-quality work, no action has been taken. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is simply unacceptable. If you’re considering High Creation Interior for your interior design needs, I strongly urge you to think twice. Their inability to deliver on promises and their disregard for customer satisfaction left me frustrated and disappointed. I will be sharing videos of the poorly executed work to ensure others are fully aware of my experience. There are more bad work but not shared yet here in this review . Save yourself the frustration and look for a more professional and reliable company.

Me and my family live in an old house in Noida and wanted to upgrade the looks and functionality of our space. This company were very proactive and brilliant with their work, suggestions, and execution from the very start.
