Mike did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation! We recently bought an old farm house, and the downstairs bathroom was completely inoperable. Mike worked with us to brainstorm ideas on what to do with the space, and also find something that worked with our budget. To say my wood deck needed to be replaced was an understatement The joists were failing and you might step on a board and have your foot go through. Enter Michael - he came to look and gave an estimate to include going a above just replacing the wood. We added weed block fabric underneath and protective paint for the joists to prevent rot. Michael was easy to get a hold of to schedule the job. He showed up on time and got the job done exactly when he said he would. We've discussed future projects already. Definitely recommend.
