There is rare phenomenon down here in South Florida when you are searching for a roofing company. Almost all of them have perfect reviews and stellar ratings, yet they treat the customers rather poorly. from giving indirect quotes (via satellite and never even looking at the actual property), to almost never answering your call or even returning the call after they missed it. I had painfully contacted about 8 different companies, gone through poor estimates, some really bad quotes and some even worse time frames to get the job done. MIBE grabbed my business by outdoing all of the others in most fronts. Carlos B. was the person who made me close the deal with MIBE. he was courteous, treated me like a person and not a one time deal, later on coming to look at the property in person. We had good conversation where he explained everything that would need to be done, and gave me accurate time/material estimates. along with the one thing that really mattered a lot to me. GREAT COMMUNICATION. I annoyed this man almost on a daily basis and we of course had some hiccups due to the weather being as bipolar as possible during this season. He answered the calls, emails and messages EVERY single time. even past his work hours at times. I truly felt like I could trust him and the services that had been sold to me, most importantly I felt and still feel like I made the right Choice. Give them a shot! Prices were competitive (labor & materials) and the turnaround was great, long warranty time offered (they stand behind their work), expectations were surpassed.

This is the best roofing company in Miami and Kendall area. Their timing is like clockwork and their estimates are on point and very reasonable. The quality is top notch. Thanks for the help with my parents’ roofing needs. Highly recommended.
