Professional, punctual and most importantly, honest. Malcom could’ve easily told us it was a huge mechanical failure, but informed us it was only the battery. He was in and out in less than 30min, so I could get back to work. He even helped me shop the lowest price on a replacement. Old school service at its best. Malcolm ran and connected the wiring and transfer switch for our standby generator and we couldn't be happier with the work that he provided. He took his time figuring out the layout of the transfer switch and wiring to make sure it was done right the first time. He was on time and kept us in the loop on the progress of the job. We will definitely be using him in the future and referring him to everyone that needs electrical work done.
