High Arc hooked up my fireplace and it went smoothly - responsive, readily quoted the job, showed up as promised, worked with the gas fitter, figured out issues where manual did not match unit. They came recommended by Action Plumbing and I would recommend them myself.

High Arc was very response, booked in advance. Gave me a heads up they were running late that day which was appreciated. Work was quick and efficient, everything was explained to me to what was being done. Invoice was sent to me next day. Would gladly use them again.
