We recently had Hill country flooring install tile on our second floor and living room as well as wood floor installation on our stairs. We initially started working with Eddie and decided to go with Hill country flooring because he was helpful and knowledgeable, but he left before the project was started. (Eddie is no longer at hill country flooring). The project took 3X as long due to not enough workers around. The tile installation was great and Pablo did a decent job. Unfortunately Chris (and company) were not able to install our stairs to our satisfaction and we are having to hire painters to fix a mismatched installation job. If you have tile and it's not that complicated consider them otherwise you might need to hire professionals to correct errors. Chris is short and blunt and doesn't communicate well. Again this is our experience. We will not be working with them in the future. 2023 update. We changed our review to 1 star as the tile that Pablo installed has grout that has crumbled completely. In fact the tile itself is detaching from the floor. When we reached out to Chris as we expected the work to be covered under warranty he stated that "unless we change the prior review he will not send anyone over". Chris and company are only concerned about the review a customer will leave not the quality of work they are paid for. We spent over $5,000 to get this floor installed and now we will need to find an expert to repair this work. We hired HCF based on reviews. We hope this review will prevent future folks from considering Hill Country flooring. Chis is a smooth talker and convenience you he has firm grasp of work. Do not fall for him. Pablo and rest of guys complained of not being paid on time and often showed up late or not at all. You will need to manage the work and it is more of a headache than it is worth. Save yourself the time and money go with someone more reliable and with the experience. They will provide the lowest quote but this comes with a high cost.

Hill country flooring did our floors and backsplash a few years back. We decided to switch out the busy backsplash to something more simple and elegant and Edgar delivered! Start to finish took a day and a half. He was efficient and left his workspace clean. Would use again for future projects and highly recommend their services to others!
