My wife and I just completed a stay at this facility while returning to Wisconsin after a vacation in Colorado.  We were 11 days and 2500 miles into our trip when we decided to stay. Our experience was by far the best lodging experience we have had in a long time.  The facilities and our room were the best we have stayed at in recent memory.   This was our 4th hotel on this trip. Our room was outstanding in all aspects and exceeded all of our expectations. Our breakfast this morning was great and all of the team members that we encountered were exceptionally polite and friendly! Lisa was at the front desk when we checked in and she truly made our stay exceptional.  She was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area and was very helpful with my questions.  Lisa's genuine kindness and concern for us to have a great stay were obvious in her phenomenal customer service.  She was a blessing and a positive voice to a couple of weary travellers!!  She is a gem and a true asset to the team! Will definitely stay here again!

What a great stay. Absolutely the best service we've had at any of business stays we've had across the country this year. The rooms we clean and modern. Great breakfast. We walked across the street to the casino to find something for dinner.

Everything is great until I went to check to see what time checkout was and the front desk person was extremely rude. Another employee was standing next to her and tried grabbing a card for me when the front desk lady told me to grab a business card and she snapped at the employee. Then she proceeded to snap at me because SHE wasn’t speaking loud enough. She was practically whispering when there was at least a dozen people in the breakfast area talking loudly. I then misheard her and she snapped at me because she was talking about the weddings happening the night prior and I thought she was continuing to talk about that. Then she started to get upset with me for having booked through a third party, and how “you shouldn’t be booking through a third party, they’re more expensive and you’ll save money by booking straight with us”. Everything was great until that experience.

We were treated like a family member instead of the usual hotel guest from the time we checked in and up to the time when we checked out. I am traveling with a family member who has special needs and we were more than glad that we were provided with extraordinary assistance. The hotel staff who were personable and professional made sure that all our concerns were addressed. They even provided us with some other items which we need during our stay. Both employees and management went above and beyond the ordinary customer service by making sure that our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, relaxing and safe. Indeed, we are coming back to stay in this hotel again and we will be happy to recommend this place to our other family members, friends and also with our coworkers.
