We booked a three night. Stay at this hotel. The hotel is on a very dirty site of the city full of dust pollution. The breakfast buffet is not up to the mark. Food is very cold. The reception staff is not very polite. The Hotel does not allow outside food at all. Room service menu is not up to the mark. The room we were staying in. The washroom. Had a lot of smell coming from the drains. Washroom design was not comfortable for any tall person. Rooms dont have any source of ventilation

I stayed at Hotel Regenta, Sector 49 with my 8yrs old son and had a great experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional and courteous. The hotel was neat and clean, creating a comfortable environment for both of us. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for families and solo travelers alike! 👍👍👍👍

Our stay at Regenta was highly unsatisfactory. Despite being advertised as a premium hotel, the facilities and service were well below standard. The linen was unclean, the air conditioning was not functioning, and the staff was unprofessional. we expected comfort—not rooms that resembled low-budget accommodations. This property does not offer value for money.

Absolutely pathetic place...staff is rude and non cooperative...they are busy in their own life... customers are interruption in their smooth comfortable life...Ravi Anand and one more morning manager are worst I have come across...rooms are not even worth 1500 rs. Rooms are not noise proof, sink was choked, constant water dripping from jet spray...
