I had an amazing experience at Hilton Head Phone Repair. After accidentally dropping my iPhone in the pool, I tried the old trick of putting it in a bowl of rice. While the phone miraculously started working again, rice had gotten stuck inside and I could no longer charge it — the timing couldn’t have been worse with a 5am flight to Chicago the next day. I walked in completely stressed, but from the moment I met Monique, everything changed. She was incredibly helpful, upbeat, and kind — she immediately set a calm, confident tone that put me at ease. And get this: she fixed my phone in under a minute! Even if she hadn’t been able to fix it, I would’ve still left grateful just for the way I was treated. Monique and this shop are a gem. Highly, highly recommend!

Dropped an iPhone that became non-responsive while we were on vacation in HHI. We took it to Hilton Head Phone Repair and received knowledgeable and responsive service. The phone was fixed within a few hours. The repairman even stayed a little late to complete the repair so that we could have the working phone back before the long holiday weekend. I definitely recommend this place.

Update - it’s now been 7 months and my request for Hilton Head Phone Repair to make the situation right has still been ignored. You don’t want to get involved with a company who puts non-Apple parts in your phone! Update - It’s been 2 months and my request for Hilton Head Phone Repair to make the situation has been ignored. Installing non-Apple components in an iPhone after saying it was authentic Apple parts should lose their license as an Apple repair station. I had high hopes for a successful battery replacement for our iPhone 12s. The experience in the office was great and they returned our phones within a couple of hours. But after that it’s been all down hill. They show on their website they are Apple trained and certified. They told us they used only Apple replacement parts. We got the phones back with an error message that the battery was not an Apple product AND the battery health reading g was not working. I asked and I was told it would go away in 2 weeks. It didn’t. I looked further online and this is a common problem with repair places who don’t have the tools to reset the battery serial number. So not only are these guys not certified they don’t have the tools to properly service iPhones. So, three weeks later they are unresponsive and my phone battery dies by noon. My recommendation is to not use their service. Update 5/12/23. Your response is not a sufficient excuse for using non-Apple parts when you said they were Apple parts. I’ve attached photos of the non-Apple parts you installed. Clearly they were rejected by Apple with the blacked out logos. Stop making excuses and give us a refund for what we paid you and what we spent at Best Buy to have the proper batteries installed.
