Michael CTremendous hotel. First visit. Located right in the centre of Windsor across the road from Windsor castle. Large place considering the frontage.Room was brilliant, comfy bed, clean, spacious, good facilities. Service was perfect. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the hotel. Would have preferred a little more selection on the breakfast buffet but it was tasty enough. Looked after our luggage before check in and looked after them after we checked out whilst we looked around, which we greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would stay here again if we come to Windsor.
MikeVery nice hotel, very clean and well presented. The location is perfect for exploring Windsor loads of bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Good buffet breakfast was enjoyed two days in a row , reasonable priced. View from room was a bit underwhelming (air conditioning ducting) apart from the room was of a good quality Would I go back 100% yes 😊

Lindy EWe were at the MacDonald Hotel, Windsor, for a wedding and had taken several rooms for famiy and guests. The wedding breakfast was at the hotel, drinks reception and evening dance and buffet supper. So much planning and preparation go into events like these and it requires enthusiasm, attention to detail and helpfulness from the staff. And that's exactly what we got, and more! The hotel itself is a pleasure to be in, spacious but also cosy and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating areas, an open fire place with huge comfy sofas, and everywhere was clean and shiny and well looked after. This is a great venue, in an iconic area, with wonderful staff. I cannot recommend highly enough.
