Convenient location for me. Long term room rental on yearly basis works well. Staff at the Hotel and at the Residences are always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ms. Karissa and Mr. Noam who always go out of there way to help me. Room cleaning always well done. Ala Uddin and Yusuf do a great job and I appreciate their attention to keeping my room at a high standard. The rooms are a little bit tired but this may be because I have had the same room for a couple of years. Comfort is still very good and the beds are nice and firm.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless and perfectly maintained, making me feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Tarek Alauddin and the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. Every detail was taken care of, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We truly appreciate the effort put into making our stay so pleasant. Highly recommended!
