If every delivery manager is as friendly , clear, and concise as Anne then I know Rem X is definitely going to be at the top of my list for recruitment companies here on out!

I would not recommend to work with this staffing agency. They are not transparent when it comes to letting you go or terminating you on the assignment. I worked with Nations Benefits (Do Not Recommend Either) hired by RemX, after filing a complaint with the supervisor over at nations benefits, I was told that the agency needed to discuss something with me before returning to work. I contacted the agency and they did not respond right away so I had to wait about 3 days for them to contact me and then they said I was terminated for call avoidance on behalf on nations benefits. I had a 97% rating meaning quality assurance sure thought I was doing something right. I guess when you call people out for them not doing their jobs correctly, you are terminated for being outspoken and not staying quiet. Either way the company was not a great place to work at due to no work life balance and you are told you will have a team of people ready to assist you while on calls and that is DEFENITLY not the case. BEWARE stay away or find out for yourself.....

I’ve been working with RemX to find employment for about 2 weeks. The first position I applied for I didn’t continue with due to the pay not being enough. Then I started working with Austin for the second position I applied for. He was very communicative even with having technical difficulties with the hiring company. Took maybe 8-9 days from a call with Austin and a job offer from the company I now am Employed with. No issues at all and would recommend to anyone looking for employment especially in this job market.

I’ve worked with this company in the past and never had any issues but it was only for a temporary assignment. This time around, I got the pleasure of working with Karla Martinez and she was very kind and eager to find me work. She responded in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I took tests and passed everything I needed to, just to find out the employer decided to hold off on hiring anyone and unfortunately Karla had to tell me they put the position on hold but if anything new came up she’d keep me in mind. About 2 weeks later she called me again stating the position reopened and wanted to continue with my application. I currently have a start date and wouldn’t have gotten this far if it wasn’t for Karla so I want to personally thank her. I’ve been looking for a job for a while now and I’m not sure why it has taken me so long but I’m glad I randomly applied to the post on indeed with RemX.
