Hitch Itch Mobile RV Tech, LLC, was hired by our RV dealer to replace a defective Slide Topper the dealership had installed when we purchased our RV. Initially, Jason had received a replacement Topper ordered by the RV dealer, only to discover it was missing key components. He and Kristel contacted us to explain the delay and then coordinated with the RV dealer to acquire the necessary components. Once the Topper package was complete, they arranged an installation time and date that would facilitate our camping schedule and then made the almost 100 mile drive to our home in rural Georgia. Arriving on time and ready to get started, Jason and Kristel were both personable and professional, and it was obvious from the start that they knew exactly what they were doing. With their service van containing all the necessary tools and equipment, they made short work of the installation. They even hauled away the original defective Topper for disposal. Jason and Kristel make a great team and we highly recommend them if you want the job done right.

Our A/C went out on our camper while we were camping (100+ degrees outside). We called Jason with Hitch Itch and he came out to our campsite and repaired the A/C unit quickly and very reasonably priced! He was able to get to us earlier than scheduled, which was an added bonus. Everyone at the campground recommended him. We are really glad we called Hitch Itch!
