Worse company ever. No appreciation of work. No work life balance. Dirty politics. I could give minus if possible. People give mental stress here.

My experience at Hitech Digital solution in the Engineering department has been disheartening due to several concerning aspects of the toxic work culture, harassing, torturing mentally from Team leader Pratik Soni in engineering department. the basic nature of this person is like if he doesn’t like you then he’ll cross all limits and harass you to quit the job, while Hitech digital solution may offer competitive benefits and salaries, the toxic work culture undermines any potential advantages. I hope to see improvements in leadership quality in Team leads, in the future to create a more positive and supportive environment for all employees.

Worst company, worst management. Lowest salary in the world. No increment, no holidays no personal life. Only donkey work. If you are appointed as an operational level. The whole middle level and top level department earn money by your hard work They didn't do any work only pressure to lower level employees to work more so they get monetary benefits. But never give you any benefits. They always do fraud with you even after work 12 hours a day against 8 hours shifts. They try most to never get you promoted. You always feel cheated in this company. No Diwali bonus. No any extra benefits no appraisal no yearly increment. Inflation goes double every year but your salary will be the same even after 10 years of hard work for this company. Worst company in the world for lower level employees. Too much politics there. Middle level and top level employees are less skillful and less educated than lower level employees still they get double - triple salary then lower level employees without any work.
