Cabinets To Go at the Birmingham location was Great. We worked with Devin Powell to create our new kitchen. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful with all decisions we needed to make to complete the beautiful cabinets and countertops. Also, everything arrived the day he said it would be there, that was Wonderful. Thank you so much Devin. We had a little issue with a drawer pull and I talked to Bruno Reese with Customer Care and he was so understanding he took care of it immediately. Thank you so much Bruno. Love our new Cabinets and would recommend Cabinets To Go to everyone.

We had a great experiance! Everyone there was friendly and it was refreshing to see that everyone there got along and helped each other. The process from start to finish was impressive! We liked that Devin came to the house, measured, designed and gave us an estimate right at the kitchen table! No waiting days or weeks for a design or estimate! Definately reccommend this company!,

We had a terrible experience with Cabinets to Go. Our contractor went to the store to order our cabinets. Cabinets were chosen, and the salesman was told what we needed. They called me, and I paid for the cabinets over the phone. When they were delivered, I looked at the delivery ticket and realized what was delivered was not what was ordered, and would not fit our space. Cabinets to Go would take no responsibility for the mistake, refused to pick up the wrong cabinets, and charged us a 25% restocking fee when the contractor returned them. I would never buy anything else from them, and would advise anyone who asked not to do so.

DO NOT BUY FROM CABINETS TO GO. We had the worst experience ever with them. Our cabinets came in and as we were putting them together we found broken cabinets, missing parts, and were given the wrong directions for some of them. We had to keep calling customer service and we could barely understand them, and then they would send the parts to their store in Irondale instead of to our house. We also had to wait over a week to receive parts which put our kitchen behind, and caused us move into our house without a kitchen. Not to mention the time we wasted on the phone trying to explain to customer service what our problems were. We tried to see if we could get some money back or a free cabinet or some trim or anything to make up for our wasted time. And because they replaced the "parts" they refused to give us anything. Parts can't replace time. Overall I DO NOT Recommend them and advise not buying from them. There is no quality control on their part, and it's crazy that we had to keep calling in claims. JUST SAVE YOUR SANITY AND TIME, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.
