The filter was the right fit, it arrived on time, and now my lawnmower works well again. Before my lawnmower was smoking and it wouldn't stay on. Now it runs great!!
These people cannot deviate from programming - I ordered a part based on the photo they had online (I did not know the part number) and evidently they had the wrong photo attached to a different part number and sent me the part that was associated with that part number which was not the part in the photo or the part I needed. It was very hard to get a hold of a person, left messages for return calls that were never returned. Eventually someone named Steve answered and told me I was wrong and that it’s not their fault that I ordered the wrong part. I had to deal with some attitude but he eventually allowed me show him the mistake on their site, his response was to blame Husqvarna and tell me that Husqvarna had changed the part number on them - whatever - I tried to swap it for the correct part that the he showed me on their site but he said it was out of stock - even though it showed and still shows available. I opted for the refund and shipped the part back the next day and waited a week or so for them to receive it and credit me back. I ended up getting a refund for the part only -they did not refund me the taxes or the shipping I paid even though it said on the return invoice that they were included in the refund. I called several times left messages and received no return calls. You have to keep calling until you get someone - when I did they were confused on why I should receive my taxes and shipping back I told them they sent me the wrong part showed them the error online, that they still had/have not fixed and that the mistake is on them or their distributor (Husqvarna) not on the buyer who trusted in their expertise. I then had to explain that the taxes they collected were for an item they didn’t sell that I had returned - This may all seem very plain on its face, but it was totally lost on him. I was told that I would need to speak with the person that sold me the part and that they were not in the office and would have to call me back. That didn’t happen. A week or so after filing a dispute through PayPal, I was able to get the rest of my money back. They sent me an email asking about my experience which if you select “There is Room for Improvement” it takes you to some weird string of characters link with no name to download - yeah super sketchy - not risking that -so I am sharing here. It was a ridiculous process, and the people I dealt with were certainly not professional or customer oriented. Maybe it was just a fluke for me but the way it was mishandled again and again -I will not be coming back or recommending HL supply to anyone.
HL Supply got me what I needed to get my Echo trimmer and blower back up and running. They shipped quick and were communicative along the way. Will definitely be order from them again.
