Mindy and Lively have helped me immensely every time I contact them! I'm a woman who doesn't know much about cars, and I've had bad experiences with other mechanics overselling me or talking down to me, so I was delighted when I started going to HM Motorsports and found people who treated me like an intelligent person who simply didn't know about cars yet. Mindy has been my go-to for explaining what my car needs and helping me choose wisely in order to keep my VW running smoothly for years to come. When Lively joined the team, she had that same excellent manner of making sure that I was informed about what my car needed now and what could wait for later, and could explain to me the why and how of it all. I can say with absolute certainty that Mindy is hands-down the best service advisor I have worked with. From her communication to her vehicle knowledge and demeanor, she has all of the bases covered.
