If you want a cheaply designed home, unorganized management and enjoy getting screwed over consistently, then HND is for you! Bought a home from HND back last year in April. And thus far it took 3 1/2 years for them to build our community center but in order for them to do so they had to buy out the remaining units in the neighborhood because no one would buy from them even though they were brand new and decent priced, causing home values to decrease and high competition for homeowners to consider to rent out since 65 units hit the market. My AC is 1 1/2 year old and already broke, HVAC also blames it on the way their piping leads out of the house in the back area which i also find weird and cheaply done. Flooring is scratched up and coming out of ground after only a year but classic that all these items held strong during the first year when there was a warranty in place. They don’t know how to stay on top of construction, we have had gravel as our sidewalks for almost an entire year, our grass is weeds. These people are just unorganized and content with taking your money and just shrugging off like they have done no wrong and let the inconvenienced ones be the ones who fell for their trap in buying a home from them. Will never buy from HND again and highly suggests no one else does either.

This place is an absolute joke. I have had numerous problems. I am so thankful that I’m moving soon and won’t have to deal with the circus they call HND. It’s obvious to me that they ditched the old website portal (because I couldn’t login). Went to google and typed in a search of HND login to find they had a new website. My interest was peaked when they sent me a letter saying I had been turned over to collections for two missed payments. I thought that was weird because my auto pay was good for another 4 months. It seems that my auto pay was canceled with the new site. Never received a heads up email or anything. Just a letter and a shock that I’m in collections. Not shocked at the situation though. The company has been nothing but a headache since we have had the unfortunate pleasure of them being our management company. BBB will be so proud.

My daughter rented one of HND apartments on Murfreesboro Rd. Brand new apartments after being there for a month or so the pipes busted in wall and flooded apartment. HND Management from the get go said it was the contractors problem in which I dealt with the contractor the entire process. The young men in the office are no help and not very friendly. The entire process was a joke as is this apartment complex. After the water now we are dealing with ROACHES!! Yes I said ROACHES in a brand new apartment. Well if you knew anything about the area you would know that was a field for over 30 years but they say they can’t spray the grounds for some weak excuse. So in taking the time to type this I would recommend never leasing or buying from HND Management. They only want the big rent money and no accountability. I promise you one thing I will not stop giving solid reviews of this company. Now let’s see what they have to say!! Waiting patiently!!
