» Customer Experiences:
Curtis was more than accommodating to our staff party. Super friendly, quick service, great people skills, and he created a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. He handled our drunk group with perfect professionalism. It’s nice seeing there’s still great people out there who enjoy what they do for a living. Very refreshing experience!
Our night was ruined at this place because of one staff member: Megan at the bar. The way she handled us was embarrassing, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. She was working alone at the bar with a line forming, and when one of her coworkers stepped in to help, she stopped her and told her to go clean tables. Meanwhile, everyone in line is just standing there waiting patiently. When it was finally my turn, she looked past me to help people beside us. I politely told her I was first. She snapped back with attitude, talking to me like I’m a kid and claiming she was “just saying hi”. She didn’t say hi to anyone else, so that excuse was nonsense. After that first rude exchange, I tried to reset the energy a bit. I asked her what beers they had on draft. She didn’t answer. She just stared at me with an irritated look and pointed at the taps. At that point, it was crystal clear this wasn’t about stress or being busy, this was just her choosing to have an attitude. Then she asked for ID's. She checked my ID, no problem. When it came to my wife, she refused the ID photo, we understand it's policy, we didn’t even argue it at all, but it was clear that she was doing it out of spite. The way she spoke to my wife who was super nice to her made it even more obvious. I asked calmly for her name or a manager, she ignored me. One of the nicer coworkers told me her name because even they could see how out of line she was. We didn’t push this further, we just walked away to our pool table, but at that point our night was already ruined. Eventually a manager came over. He listened, acknowledged the situation, but there was no apologies or even an attempt to make things better. Just listened and walked away like it didn't matter. Everyone has bad days, but no one gets to talk to customers like that. If this is the kind of behaviour they allow, I think we’re done coming here.
Went here on a Friday night with my family and had the best time. The woman on the phone who helped me book this was extremely kind. The staff here were awesome and definitely added to our experience. Thanks for running a great place for people of all ages to enjoy a Friday night. You guys are awesome.
