The bed was very comfortable, room smelled fresh and everything was super clean! The front desk person was nice enough at 10pm, but not the friendliest. I didn't expect much there, but everything else was perfect for our emergency stay in a small town.

Rooms are clean, staff is quiet and incredibly friendly. Great location in town! Breakfast is a bit lack luster (mostly just carb fuel) but we enjoyed the waffles for sure! Will definitely stay again when we come back to Red Oak. Very affordable, accommodating and homey place to stay.

Our experience was one of the worst I've ever had in a hotel. The toilet seat had hair on it (I assume it was pubic). The shower was not properly cleaned as it had stains on the tub portion which were easily cleaned with hot water. Our sink was clogged. In one of our two beds, beneath the white sheet, was food crums and more hair. I was disappointed in the "Continental breakfast". All that was available was a waffle maker, three options for cereal, and slices of bread grouped in a zip lock bag. The orange juice had gone bad and needed to be replaced. Will not return.

Very nice hotel especially for the price. Seems to be well kept after being recently renovated. Room 112 had a working fridge and microwave, a window that opened fine, and the bed was soft memory foam. The bathroom was clean, had a sizable bathtub, and even had a heat lamp! We stayed on the ground floor and didn't have any issues with noise. Overall had a good stay, only complaint was there was almost nothing for options at breakfast, just some cereal, toast, and waffles.
