My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Sector 50 was for business purposes, and overall, it was a mixed experience, with some definite pros and cons. The room, while perhaps not the most spacious, was certainly quite clean and hygienic, which is a primary concern for any traveller. The housekeeping standards were commendable, providing a comfortable and well-maintained environment to work and rest in. The location of the hotel I found to be okayish. It was generally accessible, but definitely felt far from the center of the city. For those needing frequent access to the main business or commercial hubs, this might be a slight inconvenience, requiring a longer commute. A significant downside of my stay was the food quality. I opted for in-room dining one evening and tried the Margherita Pizza, which cost me around ₹450, but the taste was disappointingly bad. It was far below the standard expected of a hotel restaurant. Honestly, it would be better to have food at the nearest outlets outside the hotel for a more satisfying and likely better-value meal. The breakfast, however, was okay. It offered a standard selection of items, and while nothing particularly stood out, it was adequate to start the day. In summary: The Holiday Inn Sector 50 is a place with good housekeeping for a business stay, offering clean rooms. However, prospective guests should be prepared for a slightly distant location from the city center and, crucially, should consider dining outside the hotel for lunch and dinner, as the food quality was a major letdown.

The buffet experience was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes including several international options. Although the space was a bit small, it was very well organized and comfortable. Special thanks to Sahiba for her warm hospitality and great service — she really made the experience even better!

Service: The breakfast server (sapana)was very attentive and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. Attitude: “They had a friendly smile and positive attitude, which made the morning more pleasant.” Efficiency: “Service was quick and smooth, and they remembered special requests.” Overall: “Great start to the day thanks to their excellent service.” Front office staff is helpful i got good support from drashti & sonam

The location is excellent. The price was acceptable for the quality of the room. The standard is extremely small though, and there are some flaws in the design.||The shower leaks all over the floor and into the living space onto the carpet, and it smells of humidity. There are no exhaust fans in the shower space to clear out the humidity either. This desperately needs to be addressed.||Cleanliness is less than what I would prefer. Not up to Holiday Inn International standards. There are stains on the carpet in our room, and the kettle had obviously been used to make instant soup and not cleaned properly. ||The breakfast buffet is good though, and the service staff there are helpful! Especially Sapna. ||For the price, I am happy with our stay.
