We have used Holidog Innnnn twice now. The first time was great, then we used Camp Bow Wow when Holidog was shut down and our dog came back traumatized from that place. He also smelled like piss and didn't act normal for a few days. Used Holidog again this time now that it's reopened and it was again great. The staff took care of our now TWO doodles and they both came out excited and clean. Will use again.

We get both of our pups groomed here regularly. The groomers are so sweet and professional. We know our pups are well taken care of. Love that they always send us a photo!

We dropped our dog off at Holi Dog yesterday around 4:30 while we left town. Today when she was picked up, we were informed they left our dog in the room by herself the whole time. She was only let out to potty. She was not allowed to play at any time with the other dogs. I AM HORRIFIED thinking about her being isolated. Stuck in a tiny room with no one talking to her or playing with her. Only excuse they gave me was it wasn’t on her profile to interact with other dogs. Who took it off! She always got to play with other dogs when Stephanie and Clifford ran the place This supervisor, manager whatever her title was rude, non apologetic and downright has no care for dogs. My opinion. This is so unacceptable. Our dog will NEVER walk in that shameful place again. NEVER! BEWARE! HOLI DOG IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!

If they can't get toenails right I guestion the rest of their service. They treated me like I was trying to get free trims out of them because I kept having to have them redone. Asked me to check them before I left. After I was told no problem . If you have issues bring her back and we will fix it. Said I always bring her back because of her nails. That should be a clue they weren't being done well. Plus I paid for nail trims in between. I was so insulted and then asked me why I was so upset. Said I was being rude to them. They will never admit it but they were wrong this time. Too bad.
