When we first moved to the chelan area I was nervous about finding a new hair stylist since I have had bad experiences in the past. I heard great things about Amber so decided to give her a try. She is fabulous!! My only complaint is it can take a while to get in to her when first making an appointment because she is so busy (because she's awesome!). Last time I went in, she couldn't get me in soon enough so I went to her new barber Nathan. Again, I was nervous but he was fantastic as well!! My hair is thick and difficult to work with but he spent the time to get it just right. Highly recommend both Amber and Nathan. Thanks Deep Water Salon for awesome service!

I had some facial waxing done and also had my daughter get her eyebrows shaped and waxed. I then tried out the shellac nail polish treatment. I was very happy with the service and overall atmosphere with the salon. The only thing that could have used improving is the waxing. Quite a few hairs were missed and my daughter's eyebrows are slightly uneven. It is very dark where the waxing takes place which makes for a very nice setting, relaxing and quiet but I wonder if it is a little hard to see. The pricing is fair and the people and environment are very nice.
