I didn't even want to leave this ONE star. I had an appointment today at 11:15am. I called yesterday to get a total and to be sure what package I booked. There was no answer. I went early today so I can be in time for my appointment. My GPS guided me DIRECTLY to the provided address on the website. When I got there, the address to a building on the corner looked like it hadn't been opened in years. The gate was pulled across and it was a building that there was NO WAY massages was being given in there. I'm looking at the website and my GPS. it was the correct address. I rode around the block just to come back up the block to make sure I was correct. I WAS! it was around 10:15a. I was early. I left, thinking there was a new location because the building clearly wasn't it. I called a couple of hours later because I seen that I had been charged. The lady picked right up. I explained to her what I just typed here. She told me that there are 2 buildings together. How the heck was I supposed to know that? And it wasn't 2 buildings joined together because I looked carefully. Yes, it says it on the website about NO CALL NO SHOW, I get that, the address is misleading and it should be notated that there's an extended add on building. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very upset about the unprofessional attitude and situation.

My experience with Ana was Amazing. I had a Reiki Session done which was a Phenomenal experience. She spoke of things in my healing that was so on point. She definitely has found a Customer with Me and I will be definitely referring my Clients her way as well. Next I’m booking the Massage. Thanks again Ana You rock. She is truly a Healer
