I had a dash removal and some actuators replaced that had failed. As other reviewers have said the communication is an 8, the attentiveness from staff is an 8+, there was some confusion about parts but I felt they were not trying to pull anything on me. I've been to all of the other Nissan service departments for service over the years as I have owned 4 brand new Nissans. Including Nissan of Portland, Wilsonville Nissan, Allan Webb Nissan. So far I have had pretty poor experiences with all but Beverton Nissan. I hope they keep up the good customer service and don't end up like the other Nissan dealers who have become too corporate in demeanor.

Been going here recently. Was told previously that they would pre order parts, so I wouldn't have to wait. I ended up waiting a week and paying over two thousand dollars. Just from my check engine light to come back on, for me to take it back; For them to say everything is fine. Two days later, my check engine light comes back on and now I have to pay another twenty four hundred. DO NOT GO HERE!
