I am very happy with the service I received from Kew Law solicitors, especially Connie and Millie in Witham branch, who were dealing with the sale of my property. They were very professional and always on top of the things. Excellent communication through emails. I can't recommend them enough.

I pulled out of using Kew as my conveyancer. Having previously used them where the conveyancer was excellent but has subsequently left, I went to use them again but have had issues in just getting the matter started. The conveyancer was rude, spoke over me when trying to deal with the issue, and was completely unprofessional. I have ceased working with them because if these issues were experienced at the onset I doubt they would provide a professional service throughout. However I have subsequently gone to another local firm who have been completely professional throughout and they are far more digitally advance than Kew Law.

I recently helped my daughter to buy a flat. My financial details and her consent were given. From November to March no one, other than front office staff, would speak to us whether we phoned or called. A week before completion date I was told what I should have neen told at the outset, that I could not pay the solicitor directly, it would have to go through my daughter's account, at this point the conveyancer " went on holiday". Had it not been for a very competent new conveyancer and our respective banks, we would have missed the completion date and become liable for stamp duty. Not a happy experience. The stars are for the second conveyancer only; she got us over the line.
