I emailed after hours expecting a reply the next day, but received a reply within 30 minutes. They were able to schedule me for the next day. The technician arrived on time, was polite and respectful, and clearly knew his trade. He went straight to work diagnosing the issue and within minutes pinpointed the problem. He explained everything clearly and had the parts on hand to make the repair immediately. My dryer was back up and running in no time. The service was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient, and the price was excellent—best in town. I highly recommend this company; you can’t go wrong hiring them. Thank You again!

Our high priced dryer stopped working after only owning it for about 4 years and was just outside of the warranty period. Due to the initial cost of the dryer I searched for a reputable and qualified company that could diagnose it and get it back up and running. I saw mixed reviews elsewhere that didn’t build my confidence on their capabilities but when I looked into Home Appliance Service and Repair, I had to give them a call. I am glad I did, they were extremely thorough in troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue, not just proposing what could be wrong and swapping parts at my expense. Additionally, when the problem was found (A rare bad motor) I received up front pricing before making my decision. The part that was sourced was an OEM part, which although pricey is not something I would take a chance on an inferior or cheaper part that could be a potential fire hazard in my home where my family is. It still ended up hundreds less than the cost of replacing the dryer. I appreciate the knowledge, professionalism and straight honesty during my diagnosis and repair. I am very satisfied and will be keeping Home Appliance Service and Repair in my contact list.
