I needed a new security system as mine was getting dated. I called Praos and they sent their rep over to meet me the next day. We talked through what I wanted and they were able to accommodate most of my requests, which others couldn't. They set up the install date and did a professional job, and I have been happy with the system and their follow up service. So far, so good!

The owner, Rod, was onsite each day for the installation and explained in detail what was being done and made sure I didn’t have any questions. He’s the epitome of a professional and very knowledgeable about the products, installation and function of the system.
