We have lived in our house 6.5 years now and have had multiple major issues in which Homecenter will not address! The owner Glen is a major jerk and just does not care about his customers! I have had to have tile redone, bathrooms redone, and electrical and plumbing not to mention the ac unit is too small for the house and other multiple issues. I spent a ton of money on this home and it is still under warranty but Glen and Homecenter refuse to work with us or make things right! I would never ever build or do business with Homecenter ever again! Dan Allphin is the worst realtor he treated us like we were 5 ! They will not fix our shower that is cracking and pulling away from the wall all the subway tiles are defective they are the worse!!!!

Lived in our Home Center home for just over 10 years now. We like the design, but question the quality of the work of some of the subs. For example, our back rain gutter has never worked well -- see in the picture how it just streams from the corner and doesn't run down the pipe. In the other picture you can see the drip trim *literally on the front of our house* where the sub apparently thought this was acceptable. Mismatched colors, poor fit -- I get to see that front and center.

They built our dream home! Very easy to work with, made excellent suggestions through out the building process. Home is of excellent quality. We also worked with Tracie in selling our previous home. Process was fast and easy. Cherity made great suggestions for the new home and made excellent choices for fixtures etc. She was very willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the things we wanted in it. Ryan was awesome in all his suggestions from the plans to what we needed inside, and outside. They were able to work all our wants and needs into the home. They were always available to answer any questions and quick to take care of our concerns. They really listened to us!
