This is my 2nd time to use this service and I’m overall satisfied with the cleaning service provided. The cleaner, Younis, did a meticulous job cleaning our bed, and I really appreciate his attention to detail. However, I noticed that he seemed quite focused on finishing within the 1-hour time frame, which led him to frequently check the time. While I understand the need to be efficient, I feel that the quality of cleaning should take precedence over time constraints. That said, the results were great, and I’m pleased with how everything turned out. Additionally, I’d like to thank Ms. Anna for her excellent customer service throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Younis for his thorough cleaning and would appreciate if future jobs could prioritize quality a bit more.

This is my 5th time to book with lavender care and they really don't disappoint. The cleaning is so professional but at the same time they are very friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to Rose, Emelie, and Myrna for their service today. We are very satisfied by how clean they made our house. Also Ann for ensuring that we book the appropriate services we need. so i hired them for balcony cleaning service. I must tell you how wonderful these people were. very polite , great customer service and cleanliness of balcony 100 / 100. Every corner is spik and span..!! amazing work done.!! They even cleaned the area they used like my washroom and living room.,!! Names :- Rose , Alisha , Juvy & Eric u guys were amazing. Very good job done.! From now , I will always call these people for balcony cleaning,!!
