The construction team was not only highly skilled and experienced, but also professional, hard-working, personable, flexible, patient, and thoughtful of our needs and concerns. Inspections were always approved the first time and trash regularly removed. Our project manager informed us about every step of the process, stuck to the budget and coordinated the right craftsman with the right job in the right sequence. Although the job took much longer than initially expected, we are delighted with the completed project, the way it was organized and conducted, the quality of the workmanship and products, the design (which had to work around unexpected limitations), and the crew who dedicated themselves to making it all happen.

We were contacted by the project manager who visited our site and took additional measurements. The office kept us up to date with permit status and materials ordered. Project was completed earlier than quoted and is beautiful. The installers worked hard through the pouring rain to make sure our pergola was installed so we could enjoy it that weekend.
