Making everyone go around him with absolutely no regard for others or the law requiring drivers in tue fast lane to move over if a vehicle is coming up from behind that is traveling faster. Providing that no one is in front of the vehicle already traveling in the left lane. ie, If your going 65 in a 70 and your in the passing lane and have a vehicle coming up behind you that is going 70. Move over to the right lane so you don't cause a hazard by people passing on the right
