Erika was professional, courteous, extremely patient with us the entire process. Start to finish. Never ever was we at all pressured for anything. She kept us on a reasonable timeline both buying and selling. She goes to bat for you on both ends of the transaction. She works very hard to find you what you want for the price you want and on the selling end she really finds ways to ease the process for all parties involved. She really does keep all aspects of the entire process easy seamless and as stress free as possible. She being the leader of her team really sets the bar high for excellence across the board.
