Pros: Had a great experience working with Mr. Kaushal Kumar (Project Manager), who ensured the site was completed on time despite initial delays in site measurement and design discussions. Truly appreciate his dedication—he addressed every concern and did everything possible to deliver the best outcome. Designer Ms. Sonica did a great job understanding our needs and budget, ensuring the design aligned with our expectations. The installation team did an excellent job, completing the installation within a week. The quality of materials and finishing is outstanding. Cons: The initial experience with the Homelane team was disappointing. While they were very reassuring during the first meeting, their commitment changed immediately after receiving the booking amount, leading to delays. Despite promising project completion within three months, they kept making excuses, ultimately delaying the project by a month. Had to constantly follow up for every step of the process. A major drawback is the lack of customization. Customers are limited to the available designs and sizes, leading to inefficient space utilization and unnecessary wastage.
