We ordered our kitchen from HomeLane Noida. Unfortunately didn’t get what we ordered and paid for. They play with the internals like hinges and channels. HomeLane will talk about great things before you pay them, during delivery expect sub standard items. Their designers and sales will stop addressing your phone calls and ask you to reach the customer care. See the pics of the hinges within a months time. And what, updating my review (13/01/25) based on the most recent update. HomeLane escalation team reached out to understand the above issue, opened a ticket and themselves closed it today with the update “that i got what i had ordered”. So in all if you are going with them, please expect the quality of work seen in these images. Also to note they get a hundred pages signed before processing, so you are duped for sure.

Great people .They will take care of your needs. You can always raise concern and get your queries resolved. the project managers always stay in touch with you. There is always a scope for improvement in civil work in India but then they are still providing good services and designs. Can be a bit more time bound though when it comes to completion. Shoutout for the project manager Rayees for helping us out always. Their products have 10 year warranty so I am assured. You can always reach out to the team members.

Their professionalism, empathy, and kindness were evident in every interaction. They were always available to address my concerns and provided guidance whenever needed.
