To anyone who in the market to purchase a home; I would recommend Mrs. Rashi Garg, Mrs. Garg was refered to me by a resident that I met when is was in search for a property in a 55 plus community. Rashi Garg is the most honest, reliable, and compassion realtor that I have ever retained. Mrs. Garg did not disappoint; anytime I reached out to Rashi she was always available to assist and answer any questions/concerns or just simply make herself available anytime I needed her to calm my nerves. In addition, I was really impressed to see how dedicated Rashi is to her clients, Mrs. Garg read my entire 89 page contract plus any other documents that I received. Mrs. Garg is extremely detailed oriented and does not miss anything in fact, Rashi saved me $8000,00 in closing because she is that detailed. In fact, when we went to closing on my new home the closer mentions that she was not use seeing the agent at closing because most realtors do not attend closing with their clients; she was quite impresses with Mrs. Garg. In addition, I fell to mention that I was not going to use a realtor because I said " I do not need a realtor; I can to this myself". I was so wrong, if left to my own device I would have lost that $8000.00 in closing. In closing, not once at any time did I feel that Mrs. Garg was in it only to get a check at closing. If anyone challenges me I will stand 10 toes down that I have the best realtor,; there is no one better.

I chose to work with Rashi when I sold my house and bought another one. I knew her father. She wasn’t pushy like other realtors I have dealt with. She was always available for showings of potential homes for me and took me back several times to see several of them. The process of selling and buying at the same time was very complex. I don’t know how Rashi managed to keep all the details straight but she did. She’s very knowledgeable about the area and real estate in general, a pleasure to work with and a very nice person. If I ever go through this again I will choose her as my agent.
