They were able to move their schedule around and fit our install in within a few days. The techs showed up on time and were excellent to deal with. They laid drop sheets down to protect the floors and absolutely zero mess when they left. I highly recommend Hometown Heating & Cooling from the office staff to the techs they were a pleasure to deal with.
TamAmazing service!! Technician came out promptly for furnace that wasn’t working consistently. Took the time to figure things out and offer advice. They came back another day to clean fireplace and make it safe to use. The technician inspected all issues related to the furnace, tankless water heater and fireplace. We can now have heat, a hot shower and enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace. Great service all around from the office to the technician. Thank you!!!

He professionally explained the pros & cons of fixing the old furnace vs replacement. My wife & I felt certain that replacement with a 10 year parts &. labour warranty was the right decision.
