Abby GromowskyI had an excellent hydrafacial, which is why this isn’t a 2 or 1 star review. When I went to check out, my facial was 20% more than advertised when I booked. I thought I might have been mistaken, so I checked online and saw I was correct and called to say I was charged wrong. The front desk said their online prices were not updated, as each facial increased in price at the beginning of the month by $50. Their solution was “I’ll let them know they need to update their prices online!” I wouldn’t have picked that facial had I known the updated prices. 😐

Im pretty hairy, and after 7-8 treatments Im basically hairless in these areas.
