Very bad experience at Choco Monarch (Shj. Palace Hotel). On the menu, there is "Cream Cheese Pouch Crepe". Wanted to try something new, sounded delicious. It said the filling was cream cheese, but when we got it, it was clearly just whipping cream. I asked the staff about it, and she gave me attitude, saying, “Is this your first time here? That’s how we always serve it.” She went to ask the chef, and then came back and said, Yes, the chef confirmed this is cream cheese. I told her straight up — this is not what cream cheese tastes like, this is whipping cream. But she kept insisting it was cream cheese. She was so confident about it and just refused to admit otherwise. I really don’t understand why — whether she genuinely believed it or just didn’t want to accept the mistake, I have no idea. I asked to speak to the manager, and she just said the manager was not there — no apology, no proper solution. She did offer to bring something else instead, but I didn’t want to waste food. And honestly, I had no expectations that anything else would taste better. My husband didn’t want to create a scene or risk her job, so we just left quietly. That’s why I’m writing this review — so others don’t have the same bad experience. The service was rude, the staff was dismissive, and the desserts were dry and disappointing. No matter what offers they give, don’t fall for it. Save your money and go somewhere better.

The place is very cozy and the staff are very friendly and respectful! It's our favorite spot in Sharjah to eat delicious chocolate delights. We've tried the chocolate crepe, Waffle Monarch with fruits, oreo milkshake, and caramel moccachino. All were so delicious!! The lady called Nilmini attended us and was very friendly. She made us the discount for Kiddo's Day. On Tuesday, they have the ladies' day offer, and on Wednesday and Friday, the kiddo's day offer. I recommended that you try it with your friends and family.

It's a nice place for outdoor refreshments and enjoy with friends and family. It's a chocolate waffle and sweet and coffee shop.the perfect spot for dessert. Very affordable and fresh dessert. Ver nice and friendly customer service.must vist with your friends and family.

They are quick, extremely delicious (I’m almost addicted) and their happy hour deal is an absolute steal. Genuinely my favourite desert cafe and i don’t even like sweets!
