Jeff Podgorny was able to find us auto insurance at a much lower cost than what we were paying with another company. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and displayed outstanding business communications acumen in our phone conversations when I requested other information. Home insurance rates have nearly doubled in three years. No claims, just higher rates. Also, they over insure. That means I’m paying for an amount of coverage that I will never receive no matter what. I’m insured for outbuildings, but don’t have an outbuilding. I was warned of this, but did not heed that warning. As for their pricey auto insurance, they ding you with an extra $5/month just because you have an outstanding loan. By the time I learned of my homeowners renewal, they had already billed my mortgage company so I had no time to look elsewhere before it was paid from my escrow account.
