Our contact at Horizon Restoration was Art. He worked with our insurance company for over a year and a half to have our roof and siding replaced. The other persons behind the scenes at the office who were instrumental in assisting Art were Paul-Manager, Ruby-who was in charge of all correspondence, Jack-Install Manager who coordinated the crews for both the siding and roof, Claudio-On Site Roofing Manager and Mike-On Site Siding Manager. They worked seamlessly as a team and were always available when we had any questions or concerns. It is so nice to have Horizon Restoration going to bat for us. Especially Art whose experience and knowledge was so key in getting our insurance company to approve the replacement of our roof and siding. AJ was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable during the whole process of communicating with my insurance company. It took about a year and a half to get the insurance company to approve my claim and AJ was on top of it the whole time. The final product is just as impressive as all the work that was done leading up to getting the roof. Cannot recommend this company enough. I wish I could give AJ and Horizon Restoration 6 stars.

The Team from Horizon Restoration was excellent. They worked with us every step of the way and the installation was incredible! Our new DaVinci roof is fantastic and the crews have made several additional trips to ensure that the punch list has been fully completed. The on-site crew cleaned up and made sure there was no debris (including sweeping the drive/yard with magnets to pick up any nails, screws or staples). BRAVO!
