I decided to try LGC again because I worked so many side jobs with them prior to Covid. Well the experience for the company I went to was fine,but I hurt my ankle the next day heading to work and couldn't return. I was told by Robin the branch manager that I would be paid by today,but I noticed today I didn't have a pending transaction for the one day I worked which was last Thursday. I contacted them to inquire and was told that they forgot to submit my pay. It was my intention to pay my cell phone bill with the money I should have received today. I shared my point of view by an analogy of if I would not have shown up for work I would have been terminated for not showing up for the company. I then compared it to the company not showing up for me with the sheet I sent to Anna on last thursday as she requested so that my time could be verified and submitted. Anna confirmed receipt of my time sheet,but after speaking to her she said she also forgot. They told me I would not be paid today. Anyone that lives in or around Atlanta understands that not getting paid for work that you have done is unprofessional. I don't remember ever having this type of issue since being registered with the agency since 2014. And instead of paying me today as they should I have to wait an additional week. Very unprofessional and I will never work for them again.

Very unprofessional and rude.. called me about job then said there was a red flag because I didn’t know my record was good… so I wouldn’t recommend this place… The manager is so disrespectful!!!!! And this was just moments after getting off the phone with them… Aug 14, 2024

I never had any issue with working I love to clean it was pretty decent until I guess when certain people don’t like you they can get you fired. I was fired with out any notice cause someone was told that I had an attitude when I get to work early and help other people out . So instead of them trying to communicate or have corporate call me I’m getting cursed out and ignored for still trying to figure out why I was fired from a job I was doing so great at!!!!! If their friends u have no say so it will be them against you!!!

My 1st two years with the company was great, but my last 3 I struggled with homeless n transportation issues. I always saw the job as a reliable situation I could utilize to make some cash while I got my personal situation right. Was attempting to do that when a office employee pretty much caused a situation that led to me getting fired. I just wanted what I was owed, and once confirmed I was owed, Mike payed me out and then I was informed I was fired a week later. Terrible way to end a relationship with an employee and all because I demanded what I worked for. I hope they got some new staff because the some of those folks really could careless about thier employees and will carelessly jeopardize there situation on a power trip.
