So far so good. Been using this provider for 3 months now and so far they have followed through with every request on our long list of expectations. Like every provider the jury is still out until proven but so far so good- Open communication, transparency, accountability, respectful interactions and proactive in ensuring my loved one is cared for at the highest standard. Beware of this company. They do not provide their participants the actual support they are invoicing. 3 of my NDIS Particpants have been invoiced and charged for supports that were not provided.
